This property is located 5 kilometers west of Velez Rubio and we currently provide short and long term rental accommodation for people visiting or moving to the area. However, due to the extent of the property and the stabling, fencing and immediate access to the ramblas (dry river beds) and caminos there is potential for this property to become a rural hotel, riding school or trekking center. The property has mains electricity and water. The property has its own well (sufficient to provide for garden and vegetable plot) and access to another nearby well (this provides water for the pool). Waste goes to two separate cesspits (one for the main house and the other for 'la casa' and 'la cabaña'. The property also has a telephone line (provided by Telefonica). On the upper floor there are four bedrooms (two double and two twin). outbuildings The property benefits from extensive storage areas, garage, stables with a walled yard and a separate tack room / feed store. land There is a mature garden to the rear of the property, a large terrace incorporating a swimming pool to the front of the main house, a pine terrace and two other terraced areas. A small fenced area is used for a vegetable garden.
